|---|---|---|---|
| A | 93% | 41 | |

| C | 2% | 1 | |
| D | 0% | 0 | |
| E | 0% | 0 |
The typical product has 0.8 g of sugar and 10 g of fibre per 100 g. The two products with a B are flavoured porridges, so check flavoured versions rather than assuming they match the plain bag. Records aren't perfect here either: we found one plain oat record listing just 1 g of fibre.

How we counted
These are the products in the database shipped with the Basket Vitality app (July 2026) with this food in their name and a Nutri-Score. We read every product name and removed bars, muesli, granola and snack sticks. Every product counts once, whatever it sells. The grades come from Open Food Facts records, which volunteers add, and we haven't checked them against each pack. Read the full method.
